Alison Pill

Pill was a producer in her native Canada which took her several years to get her first appearance before she made her debut in her first appearance on the American market. Bruce Gray starred on an episode of the Canadian show Traders. Pill had the opportunity to land a spot on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation featuring Wallace Langham and Liz Vassey in "Would have, Can, Shoulda" co-written by Naren Shankar. The episode also starred Michael Ensign and Michael G. Hagerty. After her role with Picard, Pill appeared in the lead role of the highly acclaimed science fiction mini-series Devs (served by the digital the VFX company Double Negative) produced by FX Productions for Hulu, and like she had in Picard the actress appeared in every episode, performing a similar role as the science-fiction character "Katie". Similarities to Picard didn't stop there because the primary theme the series was furthermore disclosed to involve the preservation of a conscious created by an artificial entity, as similar to the ones Data was preserved and revealed within the Picard season one finale "Et In Arcadia Ego, Part 2".
